1. Oil leakage from the main cylinder seal
Cause analysis: U- seal are aging for a long time, do not adjust piston
Solution: Change the U- seal, re-adjust the piston connection
2. Broken oil pipe
Cause analysis: There is friction between the oil pipe and the moving parts, or the length of the oil pipe is not enough
Solution: Change oil hose, use suitable length of oil hose
3. Oil leakage of slide in&out cylinder
Cause analysis: There are impurities falling into the cylinder, connection between cylinder&plate not in a line
Solution: Change U- seal and dust seal; slide in&out cylinder joint adjustment
4.Oil leak of vacuum cover cylinder
Cause analysis: Vacuum casting deform, no guide structure
Solution: Add guide structure, change U- seal
5. Oil leak of auxiliary cylinder
Cause analysis: Aging U seal
Solution: Change U-seal and dust seal
6. Oil leak of molding open structure cylinder
Cause analysis: The force is too heary of molding open structure, the U-seal is aging
Solution: Improve mold structure, reduce force, change U-seal.
