Silicone products and rubber products are vulcanized with the same heating pressure, but the requirements of the process and equipment are very different. The following is a brief introduction to the differences between the two types of products:
- Different raw materials, vulcanization process is basically similar
- Silicone requires high precision and no impurities
- Rubber smell, the factory needs to have a special exhaust pipe
- Rubber main products for auto parts, motorcycle parts
- Silicone requires fast depanning speed for equipment and easy depanning for products
- Rubber requirements the machine’s tonnage pressure is enough, the product is difficult to release the mold
