  1. Check the hydraulic oil quantity before use. The hydraulic oil height is 2/3 of the height of the lower frame. Add pure 20 # hydraulic oil into the oil filling hole of the lower frame, and the oil level height can be seen by the oil marker, which is generally added to the 2/3 height of the lower frame.
  2. Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide frame and refuel in time to maintain good lubrication.
  3. Switch on the power, move the operation handle to the vertical position to close the oil return port, press the start button of the motor, the oil from the oil pump enters the oil cylinder and drives the plunger up, when the hot plate is closed, the oil pump continues to supply oil, so that the oil pressure rises to the rated value (20MPa), press the register stop button, so that the machine is in a state of shutdown and pressure preservation (i.e., timing vulcanization). When curing time is reached, move the handle to lower the plunger and open the mold.
  4. Hot plate temperature control: the molding is placed on the hot plate, close the rotation button SA1, the plate begins to heat, when the temperature of the plate reaches the preset vulcanization temperature, the heating will automatically stop. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the plate automatically heats, keeping the temperature always at the set value.
  5. Control of rubber press machine: Press the motor start button SB2, the oil pump works and pressure the mold. When the hydraulic pressure reaches the setting value for a few seconds, the pressure is relaxed 1 to 2 times, so that the air and volatile gas spill out, and then press the mold, and begin to record the vulcanization time automatically. When the pressure drops, the oil pump motor starts the automatic pressure refill and reaches the set vulcanization time. Press the alarm stop button, move the manual operation valve, make the plate down, can carry on the next cycle.
