The hydraulic system of Rubber Compression Molding Machine is the key to the operation of the entire unit and all actions are performed by the hydraulic cylinders. Therefore, the inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic system is very important. Here is the list of some of the issues that need to be taken care of and checked on a daily basis.

  1. Check the pressure gauge: the pressure gauge is the eye of the entire hydraulic system, the pump, the solenoid valve and the faulty oil circuit are all visually reflected through the pressure gauge; Abnormal pressure gauges are easy to lose safety for equipment; check the pressure gauge daily to see if the display panel is normal.
  2. Check oil pipe joints: Oil pipe joints are prone to leaks, daily inspection can better detect oil leaks, prevent oil and factory pollution
  3. Small oil cylinder seal replacement: Small oil cylinder seal should be changed 1 time a year
  4. Change hydraulic oil: Contaminated hydraulic oil will cause damage to all components; daily cleaning to ensure machine operation; it should be changed every two years.
  5. Replace the oil filter: The mesh size of the oil suction filter must be suitable, the mesh is too large, it will cause impurities to be sucked in and pollute the entire hydraulic system; Clogged mesh will cause insufficient oil suction, abnormal noise and slow machine movement; should be replaced once a year.
  6. Check the sound of the pump: Whether the pump is working well or not will affect the power of the machine enough or not.
  7. Check the connection between pump and motor: whether the coupling is loose or not, it should be checked monthly
