The LSR metering system is used to mix LSR materials while ensuring they are injected into the mold cavity.

1. Stainless steel frame with painted surface.
2. Adjustable mixing ratio of 1:1 or 5:1.
3. Spiral static mixing method ensures 100% material uniformity.
4. Glue output accuracy: glue output accuracy error ≤1%, and consistency error ≤1%.
5. Glue output speed: real-time adjustment via a touchscreen within 30g/s.
6. Two stainless steel material tanks, each with an effective volume of 30L, equipped with Teflon high and low liquid level display tubes for operators to visually monitor the raw material levels.
7. Imported transparent PC material tank shell, equipped with functional components such as a vacuum gauge, vacuum valve, safety relief valve, suction valve (the vacuum defoaming and vacuum suction functions must be connected to a vacuum pump).
8. Material tanks A and B adopt bottom feeding methods, with bottom feeding ports equipped with ball switch valves and ball discharge valves, facilitating repairs and maintenance.
