Rubber Compression Molding Machine is the main equipment for producing silicone&rubber; In the process of continuous development, there are flat vulcanizer, vacuum vulcanizer, rubber & silicone injection machine, automatic horizontal injection machine, liquid silicone injection machine etc.

All vulcanization equipment is mainly composed of the following main components

  1. Parts structure: It consists of upper, middle, base, piston, heating plate etc. The part structure is the frame part of the vulcanizing machine, according to different manufacturers and types, they can be divided into four column type, frame type etc.
  2. Hydraulic system: Mainly composed of hydraulic pump, motor, oil pipe, oil block, solenoid valve, oil cylinder, pipe valve parts and pressure gauge. The hydraulic system is the blood of the vulcanizing machine, through the control system, the hydraulic cylinder is controlled so that the operating steps work and do it manually or automatically.
  3. Electrical control system: It is mainly composed of PLC, HMI, AC contactor, transformer, intermediate relay, sensor, push button and signal proportional amplifier board. Through the parameters set and stored by the HMI, high and low voltage electrical signals are sent to make the oil cylinder and the engine work.
  4. Heating element: Depending on different manufacturers, there are electric heating, steam heating, oil heating, the main function is to provide temperature up to 160 degrees for the vulcanization molding process.
  5. Door stopper: Mainly composed of sheet metal parts, making the device more beautiful and neat.
