We have visited many companies specializing in silicone product manufacturing, and generally, managers or buyers do not thoroughly understand the liquid silicone machines they choose.
Finding a knowledgeable and enthusiastic supplier who can provide effective advice to save time and streamline the product selection process is a key consideration for buyers before making a purchase.
Based on our experience, we would like to share a few key points when choosing a silicone machine. If the content is not entirely accurate, feel free to leave a comment. We are always open to feedback and improvement in a spirit of collaboration and mutual progress.
- Buyers (managers) must have a detailed understanding of their silicone products (product dimensions, weight, material properties, tolerance values, etc.).
- Have comprehensive knowledge or references about equipment manufacturers, industry experience, the main direction of the equipment, technical service capabilities, manufacturer expertise, and how their equipment compares to similar competitors.
- Understand the working principles and processes of silicone equipment.
- Know the components of liquid silicone machines, including feeding systems, automatic injection systems, automatic molding systems, and silicone molds.
- Be aware of the machine types: vertical, horizontal (single-slide, double-slide, rotary table).
